Please mark your calendars for COL’s Juneteenth celebration on Hazelwood Green on Friday, June 16th! Flyer is attached. We will have music, food, and activities going throughout the evening. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all!
Praying and Reflecting National Gun Violence Prevention Day
June 2, 2023 – Community Leaders will be at sites across Hazelwood praying for a safe summer and taking a moment to remember and honor those who have experienced gun violence. Please see attached flyer for more information and the schedule. Community members are invited to join at various sites throughout Hazelwood beginning at 9am and going through 6pm. Monthly summer programming series with partners Row House Cinema and Weather Permitting kicks off. This season, each movie event will feature a live, themed performance or activity, plus all the typical goodies, like free popcorn (while supplies last). Free outdoor concert featuring COL Jazz and The KRUNK Movement along with others. Food, games, and other activities will also be on site.
